From digitalization to automation: Belair Clinic's journey with trifact
The Belair Clinic, a modern private clinic with a family atmosphere in Schaffhausen, has taken its efforts for the health of its patients to a new level. At Privatklinik Belair, patients can expect not only first-class medical care and treatment, but also professional competence, care and absolute discretion. The clinic is a proud member of the Swiss Medical Network, a leading private clinic group in Switzerland.
In 2023, we began our "patient telephony migration journey" with the first clinic in the Hirslanden Group. Since then, we have successfully migrated other facilities. We are proud to announce that we have now also successfully completed the migration to the new telephony solution at Klinik Hirslanden Zurich. Within a few hours and during ongoing operations, we were able to successfully migrate over 450 connections.
Our goal was to replace outdated processes and solutions with a powerful, IP-based telephony solution from innovaphone. The excellent cooperation of the entire project team enabled a smooth transition without disrupting ongoing operations. Special thanks are due to the core project team, consisting of Marjolein Stronks, Rolf Kaderli, Stefan Felber and Marc Stammbach, for their commitment and expertise.

Spring not only brings nature into bloom, but also the opportunity for groundbreaking innovations in the technological landscape of healthcare. We are pleased to announce a significant new step. The Institution de Lavigny has commissioned us to install a new patient terminal, which will initially be available for 32 beds and later for 65 beds from May 2024. We are extremely proud and excited to be able to extend our technological solutions to such an environment.
This underlines our commitment to innovative healthcare solutions. A huge thank you goes to all those involved for their valuable support, especially the Institution de Lavigny, which relies on partners who are at the cutting edge of technology and meet the specific needs of the sector.
