After more than 21 successful years of cooperation, trifact has once again won the Patient Universal Terminal (PUT) project of Kantonsspital Baden AG. According to SIMAP, the offer from trifact AG comprehensively meets all requirements and was selected as the most advantageous offer based on all evaluation criteria. Patrik Basler, Managing Director of trifact, said, "I am very pleased that the triDevice and the triApp were able to score the most points according to the criteria and that we were ultimately awarded the contract."
The project spans several phases and will offer KSB new possibilities in the future in the area of entertainment as well as in the integration with existing surrounding systems such as heyPatient AG, CISTEC AG, the Ascom United platform or Navision. The first workshops are scheduled for September to ensure a smooth GoLive in 2024. This collaboration brings significant progress and will provide patients with improved services and seamless integration with existing systems🤝

We are proud to announce another milestone in our history. Our state-of-the-art patient terminals "trinity" are now in use in the impressive Anna-Seiler-Haus of the Inselspital Bern. This successful rollout marks a significant advance in healthcare in Switzerland and sets new standards for patient care.
Working closely with Inselspital, our trinity terminals were upgraded to meet the specific requirements of this project. With a more powerful processor, a high-resolution camera and a full HD touchscreen, our terminals offer a premium visual experience and allow patients to comfortably adjust their environment.
The Anna-Seiler-Haus is not only an architectural masterpiece, but also a symbol of patient-oriented cutting-edge medicine and attractive working conditions. We are proud to help shape the future of healthcare and improve the patient experience.
