tifact had the pleasure of equipping the new ward of the Siloah Private Clinic with the latest technology. The centrepiece of the equipment is the triDevice with a 14.6-inch tablet, which offers patients a comprehensive entertainment package with over 150 TV channels, radio, digital newspapers, audio books and games. In addition, therapy videos are available to optimally support the recovery of patients.
The intelligent call solution offers particular added value: patients can trigger qualified calls for care or hotel services independently.
A wide range of culinary options are available to patients, while the most important calls are stored for nursing concerns. These are forwarded directly to the corresponding DECT telephones via the Streamline partner – across departments and specifically to the right places. This noticeably reduces the workload on staff and ensures more efficient care.
