The first patient terminal with a BYOD approach for secure and precise management in everyday hospital operations.
The triDevice, together with the triApp, combines all functions and capabilities—from entertainment and service communication to room control—into a single device located directly at the patient’s bedside. It can be used with the hospital’s own devices as well as with patients’ personal tablets. This creates a flexible and secure platform for digital services.

The triDevice is currently in use at numerous Swiss hospitals, where it supports patients in their daily lives at the bedside. Features such as entertainment, service communication, and room control are accessible directly through the terminal and are easy and intuitive to use.
Even without a connected tablet, key features such as the light call, reading light, and room light remain available at all times. This ensures that the system remains reliable—regardless of which device is used.
The triDevice has received international recognition for its product design, winning both the 2022 German Design Award and the 2022 iF Design Award.
